About the role

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team at Futurice in Munich. You’ll join our highly collaborative, cross-functional teams, working closely with clients and users to co-create impactful, intuitive and accessible design solutions. What you will be responsible for:

  • Impactful Design: You will craft intuitive and engaging solutions that meet user needs, align with business and market strategies, and consider technical constraints.

Skills we need in our team

  • Educational background in Interaction, UX/UI or Product Design and first professional experience in corresponding roles
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and interest in lean and agile product development environments.
  • Proficiency using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Basic understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices
  • First experience in research and validation activities (e.g. user and stakeholder interviews, secondary research, usability testing)
  • Ability to articulate concepts, ideas, and rationale clearly and compellingly to colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in English, fluent in German

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
